You Deserve To Be Happy

You cannot give what you do not have. To share love, you must first possess it and to create that love, you need to recognize your greatness. Start by speaking and thinking only positive statements about yourself. Give thanks for all your qualities and when you feel your heart fill with gratitude for what you have and who you are, purposefully recognize it and know, THIS is love!

Week 25 – 26 / Semaine 25 – 26

Week 25 – 26: Get close.  We love our families and our friends, but it’s all too easy to let day-to-day busy-ness come between us. Make sure that you take time to reevaluate your priorities and once that is done, pencil in, if you have to, time for activities that would foster conversation, take a walk or even build something together and do make sure to schedule a date night with your spouse. By creating opportunities to spend quality time with the ones you love, your life and entire Being will feel more balanced.

Semaine 25 – 26: Se Rapprocher. Nous aimons nos familles et nos amis, mais il est bien trop facile de laisser le brouhaha quotidien nous distraire. Assurez-vous de prendre le temps pour réévaluer vos priorités et une fois que ceci fait, cédulez-le si nécessaire et prenez le temps pour participer à des activités qui favorisent la conversation, faites une promenade ou construisez quelque chose ensemble et surtout, souvenez-vous de planifier une sortie avec votre conjoint. En créant des occasions pour passer des moments privilégiés avec ceux vous aimez, votre vie ainsi que votre Être entier se sentiront plus équilibrés.

Wednesday’s Thank You

Did you know that part of being grateful is actually giving thanks for all YOUR great qualities? Most of us can feel gratitude for our blessings, some of us can see the greatness in others and only a few are able to recognize their true value and speak of it. I am so grateful for being conscious of my positive thoughts, words and my feelings about myself. I know I have value and I love myself! I am so grateful to be able to recognize my true beauty…

Saviez-vous que la reconnaissance est aussi la capacité de reconnaître VOS propres qualités? La plupart d’entre nous peuvent ressentir de la gratitude pour nos bénédictions, certains d’entre nous peuvent voir la grandeur qui se trouve chez les autres et seulement quelques-uns peuvent reconnaître leur vraie valeur et en parler. Je suis si reconnaissante d’être consciente de mes pensées, de mes mots et mes sentiments positifs envers moi-même. Je sais que j’ai de la vraie valeur et je m’aime! Je suis si reconnaissante de pouvoir reconnaître ma vraie beauté…
