I have had so many people come into the clinic saying they want to work out, get fit, lose weight and create a better life for themselves, but everything seems to get in the way.
So this week is YOUR week! We start now!!!
No more excuses, no more waiting, we are doing this! I am asking you to commit to 1 week. That’s it!!!
We have to start somewhere and we are starting with one week. I know…there’s work, the kids, etc., etc., but I will be there with you, getting it done. I will be getting up at 5:30 in the morning to get my meditation, prayers and workout in. You can do it too!!!

This week we are doing stretches, toning and cardio. If you have 40 minutes, that’s perfect. If you only have 20, we will go with that.
Here is the plan:
Work out first, cardio second and stretches last. If you are only doing the workout, you need to hit it FAST & STRONG! No breaks!!
You will do these in repetition, as quickly as possible and for a total of 20 minutes.
3 military press with or without weight
2 squats, legs shoulder width apart
1 knee or full push-up
That is one full sequence. Do this correctly and as quickly as possible. Time yourself and see how many repetitions you can get in during the 20 minutes.
Once your time is done, you can take a few minutes to stretch or continue with your cardio. You can walk, run, do stairs, elliptic machine, bike, etc. Anything that will raise your heart rate. Keep it up for 20 minutes and then finish off with your stretches.
REMEMBER: Do not over do it and listen to your body. Don’t stop, just slow down if it gets to be a bit too much. Drink plenty of water and eat healthy after your workout. Let me know how you do or if you have any question.
