Ever feel like you want more, feel more, live more, be more? It wouldn’t be life if we just stood still. It is actually impossible not to be evolving. The mighty question is, “Am I going in the direction I wish to be moving in?” To get more, you need to recognize what you already have. To feel more requires to be in touch with your own feelings. To live more means to be totally present and grateful for what you already have.

Take a moment today to name all that you have in your life; friends, family, emotions, material stuff, etc. Let the abundance of all these things fill your heart and let Life start to bring you more of what you focus on!

Ressentez-vous parfois que vous en désirez plus de la vie? Ça ne serait pas la vie si elle était immobile. A vrai dire, c’est impossible de ne pas être en évolution. Par contre, la vraie question est; “est-ce que j’évolue dans la bonne direction!” Pour en avoir plus, vous devez reconnaître ce que vous avez déjà. Pour ressentir davantage, il faut être branché à son ressenti. De vivre pleinement signifie d’être dans le moment présent et d’être reconnaissant pour tout ce que vous posséder déjà.

Prenez un moment aujourd’hui pour nommer tout ce que vous avez déjà dans votre vie: amis, famille, émotions, biens matériels, etc. Laissez la sensation de l’abondance de tout ces choses remplir votre cœur et permettez à la Vie de vous en apporter davantage ce dont a quoi vous pensez.

It’s 2015 and I am grateful that this new year has started out with a huge bang! I have been so busy working on ground work for some goals, that it has taken me away from some of the other important things in my life. Today, I am feeling blessed for knowing balance in my life. It is normal to put some extra time & effort into a new and budding project, but it is imperative to keep one’s center and to stay balanced even amidst all the commotion of new and exciting goals. Take time to get to know your center and balance point and visit it daily as to stay focused. After all, it is your “home”.

C’est l’an 2015 et je suis reconnaissante que cette nouvelle année est débutée avec un tel éclat! J’ai été si prise pour avec les préliminaires de nouveaux buts, que j’ai négligé d’autres aspets importants dans ma vie. Aujourd’hui, je me sens bénie de connaitre l’équilibre dans ma vie. Il est normal de mettre du temps et des efforts supplémentaires dans un nouveau projet qui bourgeonne, mais il est impératif de rester centré et équilibré parmi toute cette commotion & passion des nouveaux buts. Prenez le temps nécessaire à apprendre à vous centrer et trouver votre d’équilibre et faites-en une activité quotidienne. Après tout, c’est votre “maison”.

Today I want to give thanks for knowing and sharing in gratitude! There is nothing like it. To share, to give and to recognize is the essence itself of love and it feels amazing. This holiday season, we are giving back by participating in the Christmas baskets, buying a gift for a specific child, taking time to wrap and get all those presents ready and offering supplies for the Christmas baskets. I love sharing it with my son and I love to give back this way.

Aujourd’hui je désire remercier la Vie de me faire connaître la reconnaissance et de pouvoir la partager. Il n’y a rien comme cette sensation. Partagé, donné et reconnaître est l’essence même de l’amour. Durant les fêtes, nous partageons notre reconnaissance en offrant notre temps et des dons pour la Guignolée, en offrant un cadeau pour un jeune qu’en d’autres temps, en n’aurait pas et en participant à l’emballage de tous ces cadeaux. J’adore partager ces moments avec mon fils et de passer au suivant de cette façon.

Day 6: 8 Day Fast/Cleanse Diary

Day 6: I am feeling great!!!

I can hardly believe that I have not had any food in 6 days, just my plants, herbs and the fasting lemonade. I have not done a long term fast in many years. I guess I had never taken the time, or I simply put too many other things as priorities. This is one lesson that I keep learning over again; the importance of SELF and listening to our true desires. I am loving this time with myself, I am proud of myself and I am excited. I am following all the way through and enjoying the process without needing to hurry it up. I have noticed that my only struggle though is the gnawing question: Is it enough? I hate that! I had never really noticed it before now. I hate it when I do something great and I am proud of it and then I hear myself thinking is it enough? In all honesty, I AM proud of myself and I feel I have done so much already. Do I want to be done soon, or do I go for the 10 day cleanse? There are other things to consider as well, important things that would need to be cleared off my schedule. What is the real reason for wanting to go a bit further? What is the real reason for wanting to stop?

I guess when we set goals that we truly wish to achieve, setting a goal is not the only thing to consider. The why behind it is as equally important. Wanting to reach goals that are our own is such an important aspect as well as wanting those goals for the right reasons. So I guess it comes down to honesty. Being real and honest with oneself and answering the question, WHY.

Week 45-49 / Semaines 45-49

Week 
45-49: Climb a mountain. It is one of those activities that not only require you to be healthy and in shape, but it makes you feel humble and small when you look around and you’re at the highest point of the mountain. It allows you to put things back into perceptive. It also reminds you that not only some things are possible, but that all things are possible if you commit and work at it!

Semaines 45-49: Escaladez une montagne. Ceci est une de ces activités qui vous demande non seulement d’être en forme et en santé, mais elle vous rappelle l’humilité de notre grandeur par rapport une la gigantesque montagne. Cela remet les choses en perspective. L’escalade vous rappelle aussi que tout est possible avec de l’engagement et de la persistance!
