Eating gluten-free is now a widespread thing, whether it is by choice or by obligation. Beware though, it is not because one eats vegan or gluten-free that you are eating healthy. Real, fresh (if possible, organic) food is ALWAYS the better choice. If you suffer from an allergy or intolerance to gluten, do seek alternative foods.
