HEALTH TIP: It’s unfortunate to see some people getting sick with the flu. It’s important to keep your neck well covered and to increase your immunity during the colder months. With the holidays just around the corner, it is especially important to strengthen your immune system. We all know what sugar and bad food combinations can do.
So what can you do? Increase your intake of vitamin C and use probiotics for the next three weeks. If that is not sufficient, drink plenty of fresh water, sleep enough, exercise, keep healthy thoughts and supplement with garlic.
