HEALTH TIP: How is your digestive system feeling? If you have answered anything but wonderful, here are a few tips to help get you back on track!

To help calm the stomach and improve digestion; take plant enzymes 15 minutes before meals.

To get rid of bloating; take 2 charcoal tablets in the morning (AT LEAST 1 hours before other medicinal products of any kind).

To support the liver and get rid of inflammation; take some milk thistle for a few days.
