Week17: Get intentionally lost and try to find your way back using maps.  Of course you want to do this when you have extra time and preferably in good company! It’s great for the brain to focus and for you to use all your senses. Being surrounded by electronic devises at all time makes us forget how to enjoy down time and to explore the simpler things in life.

Semaine 17: Perdez-vous intentionnellement et retrouvez votre chemin à l’aide des cartes. Assurez-vous d’avoir amplement de temps et d’être en bonne compagnie! C’est super pour le cerveau de se concentrer et pour vous d’utiliser tous vos sens. En étant régulièrement entouré par des machins électroniques, il est facile d’oublier comment profiter de moments tranquilles et d’explorer les choses plus simples de la vie. CONGRATULATIONS! You are my winner!! You did it and you can continue to do it. Keep yourself accountable, know you are in charge of your thoughts, your actions and your life. Make yourself a priority! It is by taking small steps every single day that will lead you to YOUR chosen destination. 20 minutes a day, 3 different movements, you CAN commit to this. Keep this routine for the next 2 weeks and add a rest day every 5 days. After 3 weeks, it is time to change up the exercises in your routine.
