I am so thankful for #FAITH and knowing the importance of a positive #mindset. Knowing you can means it’s halfway done. Add #action, #determination and #persistence and it will become a reality!

Je suis tellement reconnaissante pour la #FOI et connaître l’important d’une attitude positive. Savoir qu’on peut, représente un but presque accompli. Ajoute l’action, la détermination et la persévérance et cela sera bientôt une réalité!

Week 1: Take yourself from FEARFUL to SUPERHERO.  Think of one thing that truly scares you and act on it.  Fear is often caused by the unknown and can easily be disassembled when faced head on.  It could be something big or small, something that needs to be said, something that needs to be done, something that you’ve been putting off or simply something that you’ve always wanted to do.  The time is now!  Act on it and remember to document your growth for moments when you forget how you were able to stare fear down and take control of your life.


Semaine 1: Transformez-vous de CRAINTIF à SUPERHERO!   Pensez à quelque chose qui vous fait sincèrement peur et agissez là-dessus.  La peur est souvent ressenti face à l’inconnu, mais elle peut être facilement maîtriser lorsqu’elle est confronté.  Cette chose peut être gros ou petit, quelque chose qui doit être exprimée ou fait, quelque choses qui doit être entreprit ou simplement quelque chose que vous avez toujours rêvé d’accomplir.  Le temps est maintenant!  Agissez et rappelez-vous de documenter vos exploits pour les moments lorsque vous oubliez comment faire face à la peur et reprendre le contrôle de votre vie.
