Ever feel like you want more, feel more, live more, be more? It wouldn’t be life if we just stood still. It is actually impossible not to be evolving. The mighty question is, “Am I going in the direction I wish to be moving in?” To get more, you need to recognize what you already have. To feel more requires to be in touch with your own feelings. To live more means to be totally present and grateful for what you already have.

Take a moment today to name all that you have in your life; friends, family, emotions, material stuff, etc. Let the abundance of all these things fill your heart and let Life start to bring you more of what you focus on!

During hardship it is often quite difficult to see any good coming from it, but with time and distance, we can truly appreciate the reason behind each of those moments we lived.
What positive outcome is now present in your life because of trying times? Maybe it is new friends, home, lifestyle, health, work, outlook on life? Maybe it is simply being grateful for the knowledge of your inner strength.

Today I take a moment to be grateful for the abundance of fruit we have the priviledge to eat whenever we want. I am particularly grateful for that today because I am starting a 3 day fast and cleanse and I always do this using lemons. What a beautiful fruit, loaded with vitamin C and so helpful in flushing out toxins found in the body. Often times these toxins are the cause of weight gain, sleeping, digestion and concentration disorders. Nothing a well managed cleanse cannot fix! For the abundance of this special little fruit, I am grateful! image

image When we think of gratitude we often think that it has to be the major things in life. Well, I’m here to tell you that we can be grateful for all sorts of people, places, emotions, things, etc. Today, I am feeling so grateful for social media. Not only has social media allowed me to grow my business, thus allowing me to take better care of my son and create a great life for us, it has also given me the opportunity to connect with wonderful people that under other circumstances, I would’ve never had the chance to meet. What are you thankful for?

At times you may feel completely cut off from the world, alone even. But know that this is a temporary situation and that your mind is playing tricks on you. Negative self talk can send you to this kind of valley. The best way to get out of there:

1- Reach out to someone for help.
2- As you wake up in the morning, state at least 10 things you are truly grateful for having in your life.
3- Go out and do something outside, even if it is cold or raining.
4- Take some time to eat a great meal.
5- Treat yourself to an activity you have been wanting to do and have not made time for.
6- Before falling asleep, remind yourself of the great things that happened during your day.

Upon waking the next morning, do it again!

I am thankful for do-overs that are offered to me as gifts and appear in the form of tomorrows! ❤️
What are you grateful for?

DARE! DECIDE! DO IT!
