Making It Count!

Ouchy!! I just finished my 10 weeks of T25 Focus and started the 30 Day Shred. Wow, it is a challenge!

In light of this challenge, yesterday I shared a picture from a friend of mine, (check her out on Healthy Life in Balance on Facebook), and boy did I get a response! Thank you by the way, to all you Lovelies for your support, you know who you are.
Anyway, the reason I posted that picture is quite simple, I love to exercise! I do so, for many different reason; to feel better, sleep better, keep my hormonal system in check, stay fit and simply be a happier person.

There is really no way around it, if you want to live a great life, a life by your own terms, then health is a must! As we age, many things change (thank you Life for that!). It is true that the metabolism slows, and the body does age. HOWEVER, it is a choice to stay fit. It takes a balanced lifestyle to pull it off though.
We are talking about the food you eat, the work you do, the mindset you choose, the people you surround yourself with and of course, the everyday decisions you take.

It is a proven fact that exercising daily has a positive impact on your entire body, mind and Spirit. Not to mention, it keeps you looking great! Being fit is like everything else, it takes effort and determination, but I promise you, the results will by far surpass all your efforts as you age! So get out there, and move your body!

Happy New Year dear friends and loyal readers! May 2015 be YOUR year! I wish you peace, love, abundance, prosperity, health and above all, may you find joy in all of life’s moments!

Here at Centre Natural Healing, we have had a wonderful 2014 and feel very excited about starting a brand new year. As always, a new year is like a new chapter in our personal book. It gives us the feeling of a new start: brings possibilities and new found hope.

At the end of 2014, I completed another detox and cleanse. For those who know me well, you are probably wondering why I chose to do this so late in the year. Well, it certainly is not the ideal time, but I felt it needed to be done. I was feeling tired, unmotivated and sluggish, and I certainly was experiencing difficulty with my digestion. All around, I was not at my best. So I choose to go for it and what a detox/fast it was! I don’t remember it being so great in the past! When what you are doing is not giving you the results you want, do something different. This is exactly what I did. I had a 10 day fast and it was life changing for me. My objectives became clear and I set new goals. I am happy to report that only half way through January, I have already reached a few of those goals. Here are a few of these new and exciting things going on:

I now have a brand new space for classes and workshops here at Centre Natural Healing. I just finished it this week and it looks great!

I am now on a fully raw diet and cannot believe all the positive physical, mental and emotional changes. I am ready to help and coach anyone who wishes to take their own diet to a new level!

I have adding new classes and workshops within a better diversified and flexible timetable! Make sure you check out our SCHEDULE regularly for new classes/workshops being offered.

Journal Natural Healing janvier 2015

Bonne Année chers amis et fidèles lecteurs! Que 2015 soit votre année! Je vous souhaite paix, amour, abondance, prospérité, santé et surtout puissiez-vous trouver de la joie de vivre dans tous les moments de votre vie!

Ici au Centre Natural Healing, nous avons eu une merveilleuse année 2014 et nous sommes très excités d’attaquer 2015! Comme toujours, une nouvelle année est comme un nouveau chapitre dans notre livre personnel. Elle nous apporte espoir, de nouvelles possibilités et un renouveau.

À la fin de 2014, j’ai complété un autre jeûne et detox. Pour ceux et celles qui me connaissent bien, vous vous demandez probablement pourquoi j’ai entrepris un nettoyage si tard dans l’année. Ce n’était certainement pas le moment idéal, mais je sentais que tout mon être en avait besoin. J’étais fatiguée, sans motivation, ni énergie et de plus, j’éprouvais de la difficulté avec ma digestion. Je n’étais pas à mon meilleur. Alors, j’ai plongé et quel detox/jeûne ce fut! Je ne me souviens pas d’avoir eu un si bon jeûne! Lorsque ce que tu fais ne t’apporte pas les résultats escomptés, fait autre chose. Ceci est exactement ce que j’ai fait. J’ai fait un jeûne de 10 jours et cela a changé ma vie. Mes objectifs sont devenus clairs et j’ai placé de nouveaux buts. Je suis heureuse de vous annoncer que j’en ai déjà d’accomplis. Et en voici quelques-uns :

J’ai maintenant un nouvel espace pour offrir les cours et ateliers au Centre Natural Healing. Je viens tout juste de terminer cette semaine et c’est superbe!!

Je suis maintenant sur une diète complètement crue et les bénéfices physiques, intellectuels et émotionnels sont incroyables. Je me sens donc prête à aider et offrir mes services de coach à ceux et celles qui désirent apporter des changements plus intenses à leur diète!

September 2014 Natural Healing Journal

Can you believe we are already in September? Time flies when we are living a great life, n’est-ce pas?

I do hope you have had a wonderful and beautiful summer. On our end, we very much enjoyed the hot days, when they where around, the full gardens which are still continuing to offer us perfect veggies and medicinal plants and a slower pace. I would even go as far as to say that the summer has changed me. I am a new person, who has recently recognized that fear that was hiding behind a need to be very busy, overly busy!

It is said that over-indulging in anything masks some kind of lack that we may be feeling. In all honesty, I agree! I was over compensating to numb my insecurities of making it on my own, of not being enough. Once I took notice that my need to be so busy was rooted in my need for self-worth, the healing began. Don’t get me wrong, I still love to be busy, have lots of fun projects going on at the same time and enjoy my life fully, but the motivation behind it all has changed. I don’t feel a need to please or a need to prove. I have changed that for a fulfilling sense of contentment.

How about you, do you over work, over exercise, over party? Do you ‘over-do’ things? Have you ever taken the time to see if it could possibly be masking a deeper feeling? Or do you feel balanced, in-sync with your life?

I guess in the end, it is all about knowing who you truly are and what you truly wish to live on a daily basis in your life. September is a great month to focus on your goals and to make sure they are pointing in the right direction. If setting new goals or bringing new urgency to your already existing ones is a priority and you wish to get some assistance with that, it will be my pleasure to serve you. Week 32: Watch a TV show in another language. It is a great way to broaden your knowledge of other cultures. Of course you want to do this when you feel calm and open. It is a wonderful and simple way to enjoy the brain-building it will foster.
Personally, I love to watch foreign movies and even better if they have sub-titles, but that could just be me!

Week 28-29 / Semaines 28-29

Week 28-29: Change up your daily routines. Read the paper and check email/Facebook in the evenings instead of the morning. Instead, launches into the day’s most important tasks, jump right into what you really love in the mornings and sort of ease down in the evenings. Most people waste the first few hours of the day, but make them count and notice how much more you are getting accomplished as well as how much more powerful you feel about your life!

Semaine 28-29: Changez votre routine un peu! Lisez le journal et vérifiez vos courriels/Facebook en soirées au lieu du matin. Débutez avec les tâches les plus importantes du jour et lancez-vous directement dans ce que vous aimez vraiment faire première chose le matin. Gardez les chose plus simple et plus tranquille pour les fins de journées et en soirées. La plupart des personnes gaspillent les quelques premières heures de la journée, alors profitez-en et remarquez tout ce que vous réussissez à accomplir et combien plus puissant vous vous sentez vis-a-vis de votre vie!
